🖼️ Content and Image Processing​

Your Generated Content​

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of images you generate through PODgram.ai
  • Processing: Your prompts are sent to third-party AI services (Ideogram, Removal.ai, Vectorizer.ai) for processing
  • Storage: Generated images are temporarily stored to deliver results and may be cached for performance
  • No Training Use: We do not use your prompts or generated images to train our AI models (however, third-party AI services have their own policies)

Content Moderation​

We reserve the right to:

  • Review content for compliance with our Terms of Service
  • Remove or refuse to generate content that violates our policies
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that misuse our Services

💳 Payment and Credit Information​

Stripe Integration​

  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.
  • We use Stripe's metered usage APIs to track credit consumption
  • Your credit card information is stored by Stripe, not by us

Credit System​

  • We track your credit balance and usage history
  • Transaction records are stored to provide transparency
  • You can view your balance and history using the /balance command
  • Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

PODgram.ai is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in Europe). We do not knowingly collect information from children under these ages. Discord's Terms of Service require users to be at least 13 years old.
